High School Lunch

All students eat breakfast and lunch for free. Information or applications are NOT required. Low-fat and fat-free milk are served daily. Daily alternates are peanut butter & jelly, yogurt and bread/rolls or a tuna sandwich. To reach the Office of Child Nutrition, call 518-993-4000 ext. 1003.

  • Monday, Jan. 6: Stuffed shells, honey wheat biscuit, steamed broccoli, fruit cocktail
  • Tuesday, Jan. 7: Tacos with fresh toppings, Mexican rice, vegetarian beans, tropical fruit mix
  • Wednesday, Jan. 8: Grilled cheese, tomato soup, crackers, pickles, fresh apple
  • Thursday, Jan. 9: Meatball sub, tater tots, peas, peaches
  • Friday, Jan. 10: Chicken nuggets, cheese bread stick, baby carrots with dip, apple
  • Monday, Jan. 13: Jumbo cheese ravioli, meatballs, cooked carrots, fruit cocktail

  • Friday, Jan. 17: Pizza or pinwheels, parmesan pasta, tossed salad, applesauce

  • Tuesday, Jan. 21: Chicken patty with a bun, multi-grain Sun Chips, cooked carrots, peaches
  • Wednesday, Jan. 22: Turkey club, baked potato chips, corn, fresh fruit
  • Thursday, Jan. 23: Cheeseburger, cheese crackers, raw broccoli florets, appleasuce
  • Friday, Jan. 24: Hot dog with a bun, mini pretzels, baked beans, pears
  • Monday, Jan. 27: Four cheese pizza, buttered pasta, steamed broccoli, fruit cocktail
  • Tuesday, Jan. 28: Asian chicken, rice, green beans, berry cup
  • Wednesday, Jan. 29: Ham and cheese bagel, chicken noodle soup, baby carrots with dip, fresh fruit
  • Thursday, Jan. 30: Loaded nachos, vegetarian beans, tropical fruit mix, cookie pack
  • Friday, Jan. 31: Pulled pork with a bun, curly fries, coleslaw, applesauce
