Parent-Teacher Association (PTA)

The Fort Plain Parent-Teacher Association encourages involvement between parents, school and community.

Our students benefit greatly from parents/guardians and schools working together.

A strong link between school and parents/guardians helps to ensure that our children gain knowledge, skills and values needed to succeed in our world today. The PTA helps forge that link through such activities as field trips, classroom libraries, school assemblies, Parents as Reading Partners and educational workshops.

The PTA supports our schools and students through such fundraising efforts such as Scholastic Book Fairs and holiday Carnation Sale, and puts on numerous free family events such as movie nights and our annual Trunk or Treat.
