Families asked to complete transportation registration form

Families are asked to complete the following school transportation registration form. Your participation is greatly appreciated. Your answers will help determine our school bus routes. Please complete the form by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 11.

Please note that students who ride the bus will have only one morning pick-up location and one afternoon drop-off location. The morning and afternoon locations do not have to be the same. These pick-up and drop-off locations can be changed later in the school year. However, you may not have multiple morning and/or multiple afternoon locations. This is different from past school years. The school district is making this change so it can follow state-issued public transit guidance and New York State Education Department school reopening guidelines.
