Students of the Month 2010-11

   Students are nominated for this honor by teachers or other staff and selected by a vote of a committee of teachers. A plaque which contains a group photo of all students of the month will be hung in the school lobby at the end of the school year. In addition, each student of the month receives two slices of pizza and a 20-ounce fountain drink donated by Nice N Easy Grocery Shoppe.

June

     Junior/Senior High School Principal Deborah Larrabee has announced June students of the month for grades 7-12.

     Senior RosPhoto of students of the monthemary Harris, daughter of Michael Harris and Denise Harris, was nominated by Lisa Trembley. Among her activities are track and field, Library Club, Student Council, cross country, basketball, and volunteer at Canajoharie Youth Center.

      Junior Victoria Carter, daughter of Barbara Bordeau and Robert Carter, was nominated by Sandy Congdon. Her activities include Girl Scouts, softball, volleyball, and chorus.

       Sophomore Anna Sweet, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Brian Sweet, was nominated by Deborah Waner. Her activities include soccer, cheerleading, Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council, 4-H and band.

      Freshman Summer Grower, daughter of Sherri Rende, was nominated by Melanie Pombrio.

     Eighth-grader Abigail Palmer, daughter of Victoria Palmer, was nominated by Mary Monico. Her activities include track and field.

     Seventh-grader Emily Potter, daughter of Nelson and Christine Potter, was nominated by all seventh grade teachers. His activities include volleyball and Student Council.
