FIRST GRADE - Mrs. Arndt 

( Please put your name on everything)

1 box of crayons ( 8 or 16 count will do) and  1 crayon box

2 boxes of pencils

1 pair of scissors

1 bottle of glue

3 glue sticks

2 pocket folders

1 composition book

1 backpack

1 old shirt for art

sneakers for gym

1 empty shoebox ( you will not need this on the first day of school)

 

FIRST GRADE - Mrs. Reynolds

a backpack or book to carry things in

Crayola or Rose Art brand crayons - box of 16 or 24 ( Do not buy Dollar Store crayons as they do not work)

2-3 glue sticks to start ( you will need more later in the year)

pocket folder - A plastic one will last all year; if coated, two will be needed; if heavy paper, 3-4 will be needed)

1 composition notebook or 1 spiral notebook

Science:  one yellow (or close to it) marble composition notebook and one yellow folder with loose-leaf clips in the center of it.

Math: two red marble composition notebooks and one red folder with loose-leaf clips in the center of it.

Social Studies: one green marble composition notebook and one gree folder with loose-leaf clips in the center of it.

Language Arts: one, one-inch binder and one package of dividers

( Do not label folders, journals or dividers. We will do so during the first week of school)

 

General Materials:

1 blue take-home folder

2 packs wide-ruled, loose-leaf paper

(3) 12-packs of pencils

2 packs colored pencils

1 pencil bag or box

1 package cap erasers

1 pencil sharpener

1 glue bottle ( no sticks)

1 book bag, $6.50 for a recorder and book for music class

SIXTH GRADE

 

Student assignment planners will be distributed in September and will be required in each class. Back packs and book bags must fit into lockers!

Math: 1 inch to 1.5 inch, 3-ring binder for math only, 4 dividers, wide-ruled loose-leaf paper (no college rule paper) pencils with erasers

Science: pencil, pen, one-subject spiral notebook, one pocket folder, colored pencils

Social Studies: spiral notebook, folder, pencils with erasers, loose-leaf paper

Spanish: 3-ring binder with loose-leaf paper (no spirals), colored pencils, 4 dividers, 1 pocket folder, pencils, 3 packages 3 X 5 index cards, reinforcements

   Optional: glue stick, a 3-hole punch, Sharpie marker(s), pencil sharpener, ruler, Spanish-English dictionary, highlighter, pens, erasers

Language Arts: 2 composition notebooks, loose-leaf paper, 1 pocket folder, pencils, erasers, pen

Chorus - Girls will be required to wear a black skirt and white blouse for concerts. Boys will be required to wear black pants, a white shirt, and a dark long tie for concerts.

Music: 3-ring binder, writing instrument (pen/pencil)

Life Skills: pencil, pen
