Driving Directions

FROM Rt. 5 NORTH OF ERIE CANAL/MOHAWK RIVER - NELLISTON

Turn south at the traffic light, cross the bridge, continue straight at the traffic light by Stewart’s. Turn right at the next stop sign. (Canal St.)
Turn left onto Prospect Street (fourth left)
Turn left onto West Street (second left)
Turn right onto Clyde St. (first right)
Go up the hill about .2 miles - you will see the entrance to Fort Plain Junior/Senior High School on your left. Harry Hoag Elementary School is at the end of the street, less than a quarter mile from the high school entrance. Athletic fields are behind Harry Hoag Elementary School. Gymnasium where varsity basketball games are played is also at Harry Hoag. ( Basketball spectators should enter at the temporary main entrance by the cafeteria - right side of building.)

FROM I-90 (THRUWAY) EXIT AT CANAJOHARIE (EXIT 29)

Make right turn onto Route 5S west. Go about 3 miles to Fort Plain.
When you enter Fort Plain, take a left onto Main Street at traffic light.
Take your first right onto Rt. 5S (Canal St.)
Travel about a quarter mile and take a left onto Prospect St. (6th left)
Turn left onto West Street (second left)
Turn right onto Clyde St. (first right)
